Thule Rooftop carrier gone bad
So, if anyone needs a rooftop carrier (soft one) at any point of there life...do NOT buy a Thule. Mine has not even lasted for 650 miles and has an 18" tear in it...need a replacement asap. Here it is:

This is probably the worst quality product I have used in a LONG time. I mean, the thing is designed to go on your roof and withstand wind/weather from a trip...what's up with that?!?!

Bummer about the tow-job, tires, chain, and roof rack buddy! Congrats on a great finish during a tough race. We miss ya in D.C., but I am thoroughly enjoying following The Adventures of T-Man! Good luck!
